Yoav Bartel

Abigail Rubin
choreographer and director.

Graduated from Kibbutzim College in the drama department.

Has acted in the "Ha'bima" national theater of Israel. Performed in the plays: "Street cat","Taxi". In the TV show "Till the wedding comes".

Wrote, directed and performed in the successful the single man show "Shall we dance", which was awarded best show, best playwriter and best performer for the 2010 fringe awards. Wrote and directed: "Bamakel Basargel", "Humus chips salad", "Kasadea", "The cheerleaders".


Teaches improvisation for actors in the "Improv theater". Teaches drama at "Mozot" high school at the drama department. Was the artistic director of the Acco fringe festival street performances 2016.

Is part of the artistic direction of Bat-yam's street festival 2018-19.

B.A dance from the “Hogeschool voor de Kunsten” at the department of the SNDO in Amsterdam.

Studied at Kibbutzim College dance department.

Was awarded a young choreographer from the Ministry of culture, Israel '04.

Choreographed in the Israeli theater: "ha'bima", "Haifa Theater".
